Boss Store Rejects Warranty Claim on Shrunk and Pilled T-Shirts
I purchased two Boss-branded t-shirts from the Boss store in Diyarbakır. These products, for which I paid a total of 9,0...00 TL, suffered severe shrinkage, tightness, and pilling within less than two months of purchase. Both items exhibit the exact same defects, and I can no longer wear either of them
