Outrageous Repair Costs and Unfair Shipping Charges at Huawei Service

I sent my Huawei device to the Trabzon service center for repairs using their free shipping option. After inspecting the device, they quoted me around 4,000 TL for a repair on a 6-year-old phone. While I understand repair costs, this price seemed excessively high, so I declined their offer. The service center informed me they would return the phone, but here's the kicker – they expected me to foot the bill for return shipping. A whopping 68 TL for shipping? It's truly outrageous, and I'm appalled. This experience doesn't befit a company like Huawei, and it's simply unfair to burden customers with such costs, especially after quoting a high repair fee. I'm genuinely disappointed, and I believe Huawei should reevaluate its service policies.
