I'm having a frustrating experience with Aspiegel Ltd, which claims to be acting on behalf of Huawei despite the fact that we never gave them permission. Despite the fact that I renewed my card, they continue to make unauthorized charges. Worse, the charges have increased as a result of a cloud application space I allegedly purchased, despite the fact that my device still lacks the space. Since 2022, they've been deducting around 6-7 TL per month, but now they're deducting 70 TL and even 100 TL from my card. It's ridiculous. They used to charge me 7 TL even when I hadn't purchased anything. It increased to 100 TL after purchasing cloud storage, which turned out to be non-existent. Surprisingly, they deduct 70 TL one month and 70 TL + 24 TL the following. My card has already been renewed, but the problem persists. Huawei should remove the payment method from their phones. Card renewal does not solve the problem.
