Huawei Matepad Screen Damage Warranty Dispute



I'm experiencing a frustrating problem with my Huawei Matepad. Even though my warranty is still valid, KVK Kartal technical service is demanding ₺5000 for screen repair within 5 business days, threatening to return my device unrepaired. The purchase invoice I received from Huawei's official website explicitly mentions the warranty for screen damage. I expect the screen replacement to be provided free of charge, considering there are only 14 days left on my warranty. If I don't receive immediate assistance, I'll be left with no option but to pursue legal action.
