Huawei Watch GT3 Was Stolen - Cannot Be Located
My Huawei Watch GT3 was stolen. When I called Huawei customer support to explain the matter, despite having all of the information and paperwork, they were unable to locate it. They stated that if I had used a Huawei-branded phone, they could have found it within a week of reporting. It was also marketed as Apple-compatible, which is why I bought it. They indicated that I could only find it if I received a paperwork from the police or prosecutor's office proving the theft and the equipment malfunctioned and was sent in for repair. (The burglar must be rather naive to submit the stolen device for repair, right?) The fact that the watch has GPS (5 satellites) according to its technical specs, but its location cannot be established, is ludicrous. It appears that they prioritize protecting their theft-prone consumers over assisting legitimate victims. After investing ₺4500, I discovered personally that Huawei is not worth it! (This is a personal opinion based on my experience.) I'm writing to inform people about my struggle, as I have no more expectations from the organization in question.
