Huawei Matebook 16s: Unfair Sale Campaign Hits Hard – Seeking Resolution for Financial Loss

I bought a Huawei matebook 16s about a month ago, and then a month later, there was a great sale campaign. I realized that I was exposed to serious financial damage. When I called the customer contact center, they said they couldn't do anything. And they did not raise any complaints, they didn't get interested in me, however, it was the second product I bought by trusting Huawei. I thought that such a corporate company would not cause the customer to expose a financial loss. While there was a free tablet with an extended warranty in the current campaign, only headphones were available in my campaign. There is a difference of 2000 TL in sales price, but I suffered a loss of approximately 8000 TL. I want your help and contact Huawei company. I request a solution and financial problems are very important in turkey as you see in news. I trust this company and i hope they will think their customers. I can pay the difference because my loss is much higher.
