Huawei Nova 11 Poor Quality and Return Request


On March 31, 2024, I purchased a Huawei Nova 11, serial number 6ER9K23B16002316, in green, from the Nata Vega Teknosa store in Ankara after trying the demo phone. However, upon opening the box, I noticed discrepancies between the demo phone and the purchased one: differences in photo quality, issues with the receiver, sound output problems, and battery issues. When I attempted to return the product three days later, the store refused the refund. The Huawei representative admitted there was a problem but claimed that differences between the demo and the purchased phones were possible. I find this defense misleading to customers. I expected better quality from a phone I chose after trying it out. It performs worse than my current Huawei Mate 10 Lite. Teknosa refuses the refund due to Huawei's denial of product faults, leaving me in distress for two months.
