Huawei MatePad 11.5 Repair Delay
In December, I purchased a Huawei MatePad 11.5 from Teknosa and paid for GIG insurance to ensure coverage. However, despite the original warranty still being valid, I had to send my tablet for repair due to an issue.
To my surprise, I was informed that they could not repair my tablet and offered no proper solution. If the device cannot be fixed, shouldn’t they at least replace it? I paid for both the warranty and insurance, yet neither Teknosa nor GIG Insurance is taking responsibility.
I demand an immediate resolution—either a repair or a full replacement of my tablet. Teknosa and GIG Insurance, honor your commitments! Has anyone else faced this issue?
Progress
About 3 months ago, I bought a Huawei Matepad 11.5 model tablet from Teknosa. It went for warranty service, and on 28.01.2025, I received a message from Smart service stating that your tablet has been repaired, but when the tablet reached me, the screen was in worse condition. I am complaining about Smart service because of this situation. I request my tablet to be repaired or a new one to be sent. I am complaining about this situation.
