I was very happy with my Huawei MateBook 13 until I encountered a serious design flaw. The screen hinges were extremely stiff, making it difficult to open and close the laptop. Eventually, the hinges became so tight that they completely cracked the plastic casing! If the device has a plastic body, why did Huawei use such rigid hinges that put so much pressure on the frame? This should have been anticipated in the design. I never expected such poor material quality from Huawei. Now, my laptop is completely unusable due to this issue. Huawei must take responsibility and offer a solution for customers experiencing this defect. I demand a proper fix or replacement!
