On March 13, 2024, I got myself a brand new Huawei Matebook 14 laptop. The laptop's product page made it clear that the operating system was Windows 11 Pro. This played a big role in my choice to buy the laptop since I required a computer with a top-notch operating system for my job.
However, I was quite disappointed when I received the laptop and discovered that the operating system was Windows 11 Home Single Language. This operating system falls short in comparison to Windows 11 Pro and does not fulfill my requirements.
I reached out to Huawei customer service right away to express my dissatisfaction with the issue. They admitted that the product page was wrong and that I had been deceived. But they flat out refused to give me any kind of compensation or try to fix the problem.
I'm really let down by how Huawei has dealt with this situation. They've been spreading false information about their product and have been avoiding any accountability for their error.
I kindly request that Huawei promptly provide me with a Windows 11 Pro license for my laptop.
