My Huawei MatePad 12X Gift Keyboard Types Wrong Keys

I purchased the Huawei MatePad 12X Papermate directly from Huawei’s official website, and the package included a gift keyboard. Unfortunately, the keyboard turned out to be completely defective. As soon as I paired it with the tablet, I noticed that the keys are all mapped incorrectly — for example, when I press “i”, it types a comma (,), and every other key produces the wrong character.

This makes the keyboard completely unusable, and it's extremely disappointing to receive a brand-new product in this condition. Since I ordered the device and keyboard directly from Huawei, I expect Huawei to take full responsibility for this faulty accessory.

It’s unacceptable that a company of this size has such clear quality control issues. I’m requesting a full replacement for the malfunctioning keyboard — and I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. Huawei, stand behind your products and make this right.
