I purchased an HP 305 color cartridge directly from HP's website for my HP printer, with the intention of using genuine products. The product description stated that the cartridge could yield up to 100 prints. However, to my dismay, after installing it, the cartridge ran out after only 14 prints. I decided to give it another try and purchased a second cartridge, which cost over 300 Turkish Lira. Again, after only 10 prints, it was completely depleted. Now, my question is, is this normal? If we expect to get 100 prints from a cartridge and it can only provide 10 prints, something is clearly amiss. I reached out to HP's customer service through their website to inquire about the reasons for this discrepancy, but I received no response whatsoever. I demand an explanation regarding the misleading claims about these cartridges. Are we being deceived with the promise of 100 prints, or are intentionally faulty cartridges being sent to us?
