HotPads Took Money From My Account Twice and Still Hasn’t Issued a Refund

I just paid my rent through HotPads, and it was a bad experience. Their payment method took two times too much money from my account without permission. I've talked to customer service several times, but I still haven't gotten my return after weeks. Customer service reps aren't helpful, and I keep getting the runaround without getting any clear answers. It's even more frustrating that they don't give you a straight way to take the problem to a higher level or get in touch with a manager. Right now, all I want is my money back, and I'm not sure if I want to keep using HotPads to pay my rent.
