Hotpads Ignored My Inquiries After Contacting 50 Listings and Sent Irrelevant Emails
Hotpads have been a horrible experience for me. Over the past month, I have asked questions to at least fifty different apartment postings; none have answered. It seems as though the listings are either entirely phony or nobody is really managing them. Rather than useful responses, my mailbox is suddenly overflowing with arbitrary, pointless emails from Hotpads none of which connect to my search. Seeing so limited capability on a tool meant to assist in home finding irritates me. I won't be wasting any more time on this site since I strongly doubt the validity of the listings.
