HotminiDrama Prize Stuck “Under Investigation”
I am writing about a problem I am facing with the HotminiDrama application regarding a prize that I won and has been stuck for a long time. On 24/6/2026, the app showed that I had won a prize of 301 USD. Since that date, the prize has appeared in the app as pending and “under investigation” and has not been released or paid to me in any way. I live in the Sultanate of Oman and I have been waiting since that date for the prize to be processed. My main complaint is that the 301 USD prize is still stuck under investigation without any clear, final action or honest handling of my win. This situation is causing me frustration because I participated in good faith and I expect the result of winning to be respected. I kindly request that you handle my case with honesty and clarity, release and pay the full prize amount of 301 USD to me, and provide an explanation for the delay. I also ask you to respond to my complaint and resolve this issue as soon as possible, without any further postponement.
