Hotmini Drama PayPal Withdrawal Stuck on Verifying

I use the Hotmini Drama app on my Android phone and recently requested a withdrawal of the money I had won. On 11 August 2026 I created a withdrawal request for 1.91k USD to be sent to my PayPal account. In the app, this transaction appears in the Withdrawal History as 1.91k USD with the status “Verifying”, while both my Hotmini Drama balance and my PayPal balance show 0 USD. At the moment, I do not know where this 1.91k USD is, and there is no clear information in the app explaining the verification process, how long it will take or whether there is any problem with the payment. Because of this, I am worried about the fate of the money I legitimately won and requested to withdraw. I searched for other ways to contact the company, but I could not find any valid phone support and saw that I could only reach them by email. I contacted the app support by email at damda***@gmail.com, but I have not received a clear response or solution so far. I expect the full amount of 1.91k USD to be transferred to my PayPal account as requested, or at the very least a clear and transparent explanation of the status of my withdrawal and when it will be completed. I kindly request that my withdrawal be processed without any further delay and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
