HotminiDrama Cash Out Stuck On Account Risk Verification

I have been using the HotminiDrama mobile app, which I downloaded from the Google Play Store in Louisiana, and I currently have a balance of around $300.6 in my account. For the last three days, my cash out request has been stuck on an “Account Risk Verification” status and I cannot withdraw my money. Inside the app I see the “Cash Out” screen with my balance and the payment options (such as PayPal and Airwallex), but every time I try to proceed, the same risk verification notice appears and the process does not move forward. There is no visible customer support or contact information in the app, so I have no way to ask for clarification or to follow up on the status of this verification. I request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that this unnecessary verification hold be removed, and that my balance of approximately $300.6 be released so I can cash it out without any further delay.
