HotminiDrama Cash Out Not Working – Request Withdrawal Processing

I have been using the HotminiDrama Application, which promises to pay users money for watching ads. After spending a significant amount of time in the app, I accumulated a balance of 300 USD and expected to be able to cash this out. On the cash out screen, the app shows a 300 USD balance and an “Account Risk Verification” warning, stating that I have to “Watch 244 more to spin” in order to proceed. This condition was not clearly stated at the beginning and the payment has still not been made despite reaching the displayed balance. I also contacted the support section of the app but have not received any response. I request that my 300 USD balance be paid to me without imposing new and unclear conditions, or that you provide a clear and satisfactory explanation for why the payment is not being processed.
