Can’t Access My Outlook or Gmail Accounts — Lost Phone Number

I can’t sign in to my Outlook account, and the old phone number linked to it is no longer active, so I have no way to access the account. I’m in a very difficult situation.

I also can’t access my Gmail account, and I urgently need help. Both accounts contain important backups and personal information that I desperately need to recover.
