I need to contact Hotels.com customer service regarding my reservation, but the local phone number listed on their website (00800 4488 21698) does not work. No matter how many times I try, I cannot reach a representative, which means I can’t process my cancellation or request a refund.

This is completely unacceptable for a company that handles travel bookings. If you provide a customer service number, it should actually connect customers to support. I demand that Hotels.com contacts me immediately so I can resolve my issue. Additionally, they need to update their website with a working phone number.
