Hotels.com Accumulated Points Scams, I'm Done!!

To fellow travelers considering Hotels.com, be cautious about their rewards program. There's a risk that your earned points may vanish without warning, leaving you empty-handed. I'm a loyal Hotels.com customer, having used their platform for booking my accommodations for years. I've diligently accumulated points through their rewards program, anticipating the satisfaction of redeeming them for free nights. However, my recent experience has left me feeling cheated and utterly disappointed. Following a recent trip to Azerbaijan from June 19th to 22nd, 2024, I discovered that the points I had earned for my stay were not reflected in my account. I promptly contacted Hotels.com customer support to address this issue.customer support representative informed me that this was due to a "system error" and that they were unable to retroactively credit my points. This explanation felt like a flimsy excuse to avoid honoring my earned rewards.I'm done with these guys!!
