I Face Frozen Withdrawal and Lost Funds on Gate.io to Binance Transfer

About a year ago, I made a withdrawal from Gate.io to Binance. During the process, I did not encounter any error messages or warnings, and I completed every step correctly. However, the transaction has been stuck in “processing” status ever since, and my funds remain frozen. Since that day, neither the withdrawn cryptocurrency nor the corresponding amount appears anywhere in my account. Currently, my Gate.io account is closed, so I can’t even access the transaction details. The missing amount is approximately ₺30,000 to ₺50,000.

I have contacted Gate.io customer support multiple times by email and phone, and I have also submitted a complaint through Şikayetvar, but to this day, I have received no response or resolution. My registered email at the time of the transaction was S*[email protected]
. There were no issues with identity verification or security checks, and all verification steps were completed successfully. I don’t recall whether any transaction fees were charged.

I would also like to know how other users who experienced similar issues were able to resolve their cases. I request the immediate return of my funds to my account and for my financial loss to be compensated as soon as possible.
