I recently realized that the Hotbit exchange has shut down. The last time I logged in was around 2022, and I have not checked my account since then. I believe I may have had a balance of about ₺1,000, though I am not entirely sure of the exact amount. My registered email address is n********@gmail.com.
After the closure, I did not receive any email or SMS notification. I attempted to access the Hotbit website and mobile app, but I was unable to log in, and I could not reach customer service either.
