I Can’t Withdraw My Hamster Coins from Hotbit

I currently have a significant amount of Hamster coins stored in my Hotbit account, and I urgently want to withdraw them—but I’m completely stuck. The platform is not allowing me to access or transfer my assets. This situation has left me feeling helpless and seriously frustrated.
