Unable to Access Hotbit Exchange and Retrieve My Crypto Funds

I used the Hotbit cryptocurrency exchange, but it has shut down, and I can no longer access the platform or retrieve my funds. I had investments in Hamster and several other coins, and I have all the necessary screenshots and records of my holdings. Despite claims that Hotbit made an announcement, many users, including myself, were unaware of this closure.

This is unacceptable. Hotbit cannot take users' investments without proper notice and resolution. I demand immediate action to recover my funds. The lack of transparency and accountability has left millions of users in a dire situation. I expect Hotbit or any responsible parties to address this issue and return the funds that rightfully belong to their users.
