Hotbit Won’t Let Me Withdraw My Hamster Coins and the Support Isn’t Responding

I can't get my Hamster coins from the Hotbit exchange, and I'm not sure who to ask for help. I sent an email to the support team on their site, but I haven't heard back, and it looks like no one is taking care of the problem. I’m not really sure if Hotbit is going by a different name now, but I really need to get my Hamster coins back quickly. It’s really annoying to be kept in the dark like this, and I feel like my money is just stuck with no way to get to it. I would really appreciate any help with this and getting my coins back.
