I’m having trouble retrieving my Hamster coins from the Hotbit exchange. I’ve emailed their support team, but there’s been no response or assistance. I’m concerned whether Hotbit might be operating under a different name or if they’ve changed their platform in some way.

I urgently need help to recover my Hamster coins. If anyone has advice or information on how to proceed, I’d greatly appreciate it.
