I am deeply frustrated with the situation on Hotbit Exchange. I was not informed that the platform would be shutting down, and now my funds are inaccessible. I have coins stored on the platform and have no idea how to retrieve them.

There has been no proper communication from Hotbit regarding the closure or instructions for users to withdraw their funds. This lack of transparency and support is unacceptable, leaving me and likely many others stranded without access to our money.
