Hot Wheels Set Missing Slide and Mechanism Doesn't Work

I purchased a Hot Wheels set, but the slide shown on the box was missing from inside. Additionally, the toy has no mechanical functionality—it doesn't turn by hand, and the cars don't move as expected. Even I find it difficult to make it work, so I can’t imagine how a child is supposed to play with it. My child's excitement was cut short because of this issue. As the manufacturer, how could such an error happen? I am requesting a correction for this mistake. I would like to return the toy and get a full refund. This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope it can be resolved quickly.
