Ordered LS2 Crypt Helmet Online and Got No Response
On October 26, I placed an order for an LS2 Crypt model helmet through the Otovagon website. My order number is 136701, and I paid a total of $46 via bank transfer. The delivery address was listed as Kötekli Neighborhood, Menteşe, Muğla. However, despite the time that has passed, the product has still not been delivered to me.
After I placed the order, the Otovagon website changed, and I tried contacting customer service via email and WhatsApp, but I have not received any response.
At the time of purchase, the website stated that customers had a 14-day free return policy. Currently, neither has the product been shipped nor has my payment been refunded. I have the payment receipt as proof of purchase. I request that my helmet be delivered or that the amount I paid be refunded.
I ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
