I Got Suspended from Hornet After 2 Years for No Valid Reason

Dear Hornet team, I urgently need your help. My account has been suspended, and I can no longer access the app from my device. I’ve spent over two years building my profile and community, and now I’ve lost everything without any valid explanation.

I believe the suspension may have been triggered by not replying to a few users who tried to contact me, and it was wrongly flagged as spam or inappropriate behavior. But that’s not fair. I never violated any rules or mistreated anyone. I simply didn’t respond to a few messages, and suddenly my account and device are blocked.

I’ve made real connections and friendships through Hornet—people I can no longer talk to because of this suspension. I’m heartbroken that years of effort were erased in seconds.
