Hoover NDPH11A2TCBEXS17 11kg Heat Pump Dryer Complaint
On March 20th, I purchased a Hoover NDPH11A2TCBEXS17 11kg Heat Pump Dryer with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Connectivity from the Denkel seller on Trendyol due to its affordable price. The delivery was made by Horoz Logistics on March 20th. Three or four days later, the service team came for installation. Upon opening the package, they noticed that the top cover was broken. We suggested returning it, but the service team said it would be too much hassle. They assured us that a new cover would arrive within a week and that it wouldn't hinder usage. Reluctantly, we agreed to continue using it based on the service team's recommendation. Fast forward to today, April 28th, and I'm tired of calling the service center. Every week, I call to inquire about the status, but the cover still hasn't arrived. The service team claims that the factory hasn't sent it. They say they've requested the part, but it hasn't arrived yet. If a part I've been waiting for over a month still hasn't arrived, I question why I chose this product. I'm dissatisfied and regret my decision. I opted for it because it was cheap. Hopefully, after this message, Hoover officials will consider producing the top cover for this product.

I reached your customer service through the phone number you provided. However, they said that it is something between the service and the factory, and we cannot intervene.
