Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G Service Failed 3 Times — No Network, No Solution


I bought an Honor 400 Pro phone from Teknosa Malatya Park AVM on 15 March 2026. About one to two weeks after purchase, I realized that the vibration of the phone did not work properly and felt abnormal. At first, I had not noticed this issue when I bought the device. Because of this problem, I sent the phone to warranty service. The device was returned to me after three days with the note that there was “no problem” found. However, even the employees at the Teknosa store where I bought the phone said that there was something strange and unusual about the vibration and that it did not feel normal. Despite this, they also commented that the issue was “too small” and that Honor would probably not care about it, which left me very disappointed, because the vibration is an important function for me and this situation is a deal breaker. I have never dropped the device or subjected it to any impact, so I do not accept that this problem is due to user error. I request that my device be taken under serious inspection, and that I be provided with either a replacement device with a properly working vibration motor or a refund for the product. I kindly ask for this issue to be reconsidered and resolved as soon as possible.
