Honda PCX 2022/2023 Differential Gear Worn Out at 5600 km - Warranty Denied
Honda does not stand behind its motorcycle. I have a 2022/2023 Honda PCX motorcycle, and despite only having 5600 km on it, the differential gear is already worn out. Just 5600 km. My previous bike was a different brand, a Chinese-made one. I can even tell you the brand if you want. Despite having 20,000 km on it, the engine block was never opened, and it never had a single issue. I paid a lot of money for this Japanese-made Honda, and its transmission gear is already worn out at 5600 km, yet they say the warranty has expired. This is a shame. If your highly-praised brand fails like this in such a short time, it is your fault, not mine. There is a workmanship defect here, and I want this to be fixed. They just called me and told me to take legal action. What kind of response is this? Legal action for what? I am calmly explaining that there is a workmanship issue, that this is not normal. During the 5000 km maintenance, this noise was already present, but since they thought it was normal, nothing was done. Again, this is your mistake. The motorcycle was brought in for maintenance, but you did not check it properly. For the price of this motorcycle, you could buy three others. Guys! I made a mistake. All this talk about part issues and technical service is nonsense. Honestly, I never had any problems with my Chinese-made bike, but I did with Honda.
