MetWallet Account Not Generated

I tried to create an account on the Metwallet website, but I have not been able to complete the registration process. On the page where I enter my e‑mail address, the system shows the message “Currently account is unregistered” and does not direct me to any sign‑up or registration page, so I cannot open a new account. Because there is no clear sign‑up option or registration form, I am stuck on this error screen and cannot use Metwallet services. I would like my account to be created with my e‑mail address and to be clearly informed about how I can complete the registration, or for this technical problem on the website to be fixed as soon as possible so that I can sign up normally.
