Canceled Hint App Subscription but They Keep Taking My Money

Although I canceled my subscription to the Hint App, the app keeps withdrawing money from my card — between ₺600 and ₺700 each time. My card balance is now zero, and I’m afraid that if I deposit more funds, the app will continue charging me automatically.
I tried to resolve the issue through their system, but they have made the cancellation process unnecessarily complicated, and I can’t find any effective solution. I request that these unauthorized withdrawals stop immediately and that my money be refunded in full.
