I have never used your services before, have never knowingly shared my card details with your company, and this is the first time I have seen any transaction from Hint American Inc on my account. This payment is clearly an unauthorized transaction, and I am extremely concerned that my card and personal information may have been used without my consent. I am contacting you to dispute this charge and to request that you immediately investigate how my card details were obtained and used. I kindly request a full refund of the $29.99 to my card and confirmation that all of my personal and payment information associated with this transaction will be permanently deleted from your systems so that no further charges can be made in the future.
