Refund Request From Hint America Inc

I live in New York City, USA, and today, May 6th, at around 8:30 pm, I noticed a $29.99 subscription charge from Hint America Inc. on my Cash App account. I have never been a customer of Hint, never knowingly subscribed to any of their services, and was not even aware of this company’s existence until this unauthorized charge appeared. Since I did not request, authorize, or consent to any subscription with Hint America Inc., I consider this charge to be completely unauthorized. I have already contacted Cash App support about this transaction and I am currently awaiting their response. I request a full refund of the $29.99 that was taken from my account without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring billing that may have been set up in my name. I also ask that this situation be investigated and that my details not be used again for any further charges.
