I was charged by Hint America through Cash App for a subscription that I never requested and do not even know the purpose of. On March 5, I was charged $29.99, and on March 7, I was also charged $0.50. These charges were completely unauthorized, and I have no idea what this subscription is supposed to be for. I contacted support and was told that my money would not be refunded, which I find unacceptable given that I did not knowingly sign up for any service or subscription with Hint America. I feel that these charges were taken without my clear consent. I request a full refund of the $29.99 and any related charges, the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been opened in my name without my informed approval, and a clear assurance that no further charges will ever be made to my account by Hint America.
