Today, at around 6:15 AM, a charge of $29.99 was taken from my Cash App card by Hint America Inc without my authorization or knowledge. I do not recognize this company’s service. I have never knowingly signed up for any subscription or product with you, and I did not approve this payment. This situation is extremely urgent for me because I have surgery scheduled for 6 AM in the morning, and I need this money in order to be able to get there. While I was sleeping, this amount was withdrawn from my account, leaving me without the funds I was relying on for my medical appointment. I contacted Cash App support, but they informed me that they cannot take any action until the payment is fully completed. Therefore, I am directly addressing Hint America Inc and requesting immediate help. I am asking for an urgent full refund of the $29.99 that was taken from my Cash App card and the cancellation of any account, subscription, or recurring payment that may have been created in my name without my knowledge. I expect this refund to be processed as quickly as possible due to my medical situation and the fact that I did not authorize this transaction at all.
