Hint Unauthorized Subscription Charges

I am writing regarding unauthorized subscription charges of $29.99 that Hint America Inc. has been taking from my account every month since February 13, 2026. These charges are appearing through Cash App, which pulls the funds directly from my Navy Federal bank account. I have never given my consent for any subscription, free trial, or service with Hint America Inc., and I did not authorize these payments. So far, I have tried multiple times to resolve this. I contacted the company by text on May 14 and by phone today, but I have not received any effective assistance. I also noticed that there were no reply email addresses available, so I was not able to reach them by email. One of the transaction references related to these charges is TQKWH31D9, and the same type of charge has been continuing monthly for $29.99. I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription, a full refund of all $29.99 charges taken since February 13, 2026, and written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled. In addition, I want all future payments from my bank via Cash App to Hint America Inc. to be blocked so that no further unauthorized charges can occur.
