Unauthorized Charge From Hint America

On May 2, 2026, a charge of $29.99 from a company called Hint America appeared on my Cash App Pay account, which is linked to my bank account. I did not authorize this payment, do not recognize this company, and I am not aware of having subscribed to any service from them. Before this, I also noticed two separate charges of $0.50 each from Hint America on April 25, 2026, at around 1:14 p.m., which I now understand were also unauthorized. I tried to investigate this company but could not find any valid phone number, and I am not aware of any app or website account I may have with them. The $29.99 payment was still shown as processing when I noticed it, and my bank has already opened a dispute regarding this transaction, as it also reached my bank account through my linked Cash App. I request that Hint America immediately cancel any possible subscription or recurring payment that may have been created in my name without my clear consent and provide a full refund of all amounts charged, including the $29.99 and the earlier $0.50 charges. I also ask for written confirmation that my details will not be used for any future charges.
