Hint App Keeps Charging Me After Trial — Can’t Cancel or Reach Support

About two months ago, I started a trial subscription with the Hint App. They charged me twice in January, which I initially accepted — but since then, they’ve been continuously withdrawing money from my account without my consent. I’ve attached bank statements showing these transactions.
When I try to log into the system to cancel my subscription, it won’t let me complete the cancellation, and there is no way to contact customer support. I feel completely helpless and don’t know how to stop these payments.
I urgently request help to cancel my subscription permanently and for all unauthorized charges to be refunded.
