I purchased the “Ruh İkizi çizimi” service from Hint App Eu via Gmail on 24 November. The fee requested for the drawing itself was charged on 25 November as expected. However, without my knowledge and consent, additional subscription fees were then charged as if I had a recurring membership. On 30 November and again on 31 December, ₺1,562 was withdrawn from my account under the name of a “subscription” fee. I did not approve any subscription, I was not clearly informed about any ongoing membership, and I did not receive any transparent consent screen regarding these recurring charges. I tried to contact Hint App Eu by e‑mail about these unauthorized subscription charges, but the e‑mail address I reached out to returned an error saying that such an address could not be found, so I was unable to reach customer service in any way. I request that my subscription, which I have never knowingly accepted, be immediately cancelled and that all unfair subscription fees collected from me after the drawing, including the amounts taken on 30 November and 31 December, be fully refunded to my account. I expect these issues to be resolved urgently and in a transparent manner.
