Hint America Inc Subscription Scam? Soul App Keeps Charging My Cash App

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges related to the Soul app offered by Hint America Inc. When I first used the Soul app, I agreed to what was clearly presented to me as a one‑time payment. Despite this, for about the last month or a little longer, money has continued to be taken from my account as if there were an ongoing subscription. On top of that, when I tried to cancel this supposed subscription, I was charged again during the cancellation attempt. In total, I estimate that at least 29.99 USD has been taken from my account in extra charges that I did not agree to. These payments were made via Cash App. When I contacted Cash App support, they informed me that I needed to resolve the issue directly with Hint America Inc. However, I have not been able to reach you through normal means because it appears I am required to download the app again and make another payment just to get support, which I absolutely refuse to do. I request a full refund of all unauthorized or extra charges taken in connection with the Soul app, including any amount that was charged when I tried to cancel the subscription, and I also want any active subscription or recurring payment under my name to be completely cancelled immediately. I ask you to contact me without requiring me to pay again or to re‑subscribe, and to provide written confirmation once the refund has been issued and the subscription is fully cancelled.
