My Hinge Subscription Vanished - Support Is Missing In Action
I've been using Hinge on and off for a few years. I would subscribe every once in a while when I wanted to give it another go. Most of the time it worked well, but my most recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I paid for a one-month subscription, but for some reason, I couldn't get into my account. I contacted Hinge's support service with the hopes of a rapid remedy, but things have been a nightmare. The only method to obtain support is by email, and it seems like the folks who respond don't really read what you write. One of my questions was suddenly closed with no reason. I feel absolutely let down by how little was done to fix the problem or even acknowledge my concern.
