On July 24, 2025, I attended a Ray Sigorta meeting at the Ankara Hilton Hotel and used the parking lot that day. I paid ₺500 in cash upon entry and was charged another ₺500 via HGS when exiting. As a result, I was forced to pay twice, and I have documents proving both payments.
After this incident, I contacted the hotel management, but they kept telling me they were “investigating” without providing any real solution. To this day, no action has been taken. I request a refund for the extra charge and compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.
