Paid for Hermès Sandals, Got a Damaged Pair and No Support

I bought a pair of Hermès sandals from Med Scarf, and they arrived torn. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they acted as if I had damaged them myself. They’re being completely dismissive—offering neither an exchange nor a refund, almost as if mocking the situation.
I plan to report this issue to all relevant authorities. As a business owner myself, I find this level of disrespect unacceptable. To make things worse, the product didn’t even come with an invoice. This is truly disappointing.
