Bosch Dryer Damaged During Delivery - No Replacement

On November 13, my Bosch WQA24201TR dryer order (Order No: 445 231 129 8) placed through Hepsiburada was out for delivery via Hepsijet XL cargo. During delivery, I personally witnessed the cargo staff trying to lift the machine from on top of another item, causing it to fall sideways and violently into the vehicle from a height of approximately 85 cm. When I informed them of the situation, they initially denied responsibility by claiming that a different product had fallen. After this incident, I did not accept the product and requested a replacement. However, Hepsiburada customer service did not help and stated that they could only initiate a refund instead of a replacement. I had purchased the product at a discounted price of ₺23,900, but the current price has increased to ₺27,700. It is clear that the product was never delivered to me and was damaged during handling, yet I was only offered a refund, which caused me financial loss. I request that a similar product be sent to me as new and undamaged, without any additional price difference. For customer satisfaction, I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved, and I hope that the damaged machine is not delivered to someone else.
