Pril Dishwashing Detergent Disappointment

I bought four 4-kilogram units of Pril hand wash dishwashing detergent online. The new Pril detergent doesn't have the same thick texture as before. It looks like someone watered it down halfway. When you squeeze a handful, you get very little foam. I tried calling the customer service number (0216)5794000 at around 2:30 PM on October 26, 2023, because I suspected the product I received was counterfeit. I called five times, but I couldn't get through. It's really surprising that a big company like Henkel has such bad customer service. It looks like they only put the number there to look good, not actually to help customers... I'm not sure. Should I make a complaint about Henkel's Pril dishwashing detergent or about Henkel's customer service? I will never bring a product branded with Pril into my home again.
